Blogs are bullshit because do we really need to know more about you, and every other person who is out there? I am all for virtual selves, but is it really necesary to add to the pile pf crap that is out there? Somehow all of this detritus that we are putting out, even e-style, is gonna come back to bite us in the ass. And some might say blogs are good for authors, so they can practice their craft and get the word out, but that's bullshit. An author should write books and be in journals, musicians should not write ringtones, and recording studios should not be in closets. Thats why these kinds of occupations had guilds, so that you could train and learn your craft from others, and not be professional until you are ready. The cult of the amateur, is a theory that now since we can all get our feeling and opinions out to the world, we are dumbing down all of our products. Blogs are bullshit.
